Do you offer single coaching sessions?
No, due to the complex nature of each individual’s biochemistry. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all style of coaching.
My holistic approach will examine the intersection of your current symptoms, medical history, genetics, and environmental influences. Any lasting transformation requires time, discipline, and consistency, which is why all my programs are offered over the course of several weeks.
I’ve tried diets and detoxes before and they haven’t worked. How is this different?
The bottom line is that your biochemistry is different from anyone else's. That means there's no fad or quick fix that will work for the long term.
In your past experiences, you also likely weren't benefitting from personalized guidance from a trained pro. Which is where I come in!

Will a coaching program take up a lot of my personal time?
Our time together is definitely an investment in your growth and transformation.
Consider how much time you already spend eating, grocery shopping, cooking, and exercising (or confusion making the “right” decisions or trying to squeeze in moments of self-care). One of my intentions is to ultimately SAVE you time and energy. I'll teach you weekly scheduling hacks, quick and healthy recipes, and help you create mindfulness and movement rituals that feel spacious rather than restrictive. By the end, you'll have just the essentials necessary to live optimally.
My doctor recommended I start seeing a nutritionist…can you help with medical conditions?
Yes, I have a Masters of Science in Holistic Nutrition and the expertise to use food, supplements, and movement practices as a means of healing a variety of medical conditions (e.g., PCOS, endometriosis, high cholesterol, diabetes, arthritis, thyroid conditions, etc.)
Does it matter whether I eat meat or am vegetarian?
My programs are suited for anyone no matter your preferences! I also have the skillset to help determine whether a certain dietary direction is healing or harming for your body’s specific needs.
Do you work with women who’ve been through menopause?
Yes, many of my clients are transitioning or have already experienced menopause.

Will working with you help me lose weight?
Anytime you make positive changes to your lifestyle habits, there is a possibility of shedding excess pounds. While not considered a "weight loss" program, all my clients who participated in The Optimal You Cleanse have admitted to feeling lighter, more energized, and more comfortable in their clothes.
You may or may not see the scale shift, but you'll definitely notice a drastic shift in how your body feels.
