Days 6-7, calm your nervous system and regain your vibrance with these nurturing, meditative sessions designed to open the sixth and seventh chakras.

Hydrate connective tissues, calm your mind, and relax your body.
✔ Day 7 - Nourish Your Spirit
Replenish your entire system and glide into a state of total bliss.
*Prior yoga experience is recommended for days 1-5; days 6 & 7 are all levels and perfect for beginners.
