But I didn't always have a positive relationship with food and health...
Yep…that’s me! Sandwiched between my two favorite witches while performing in Broadway’s WICKED.
For 14 years, I lived my dream dancing and singing in shows like Wicked, Mamma Mia, Cats, and Evita.
I also struggled with chronic anxiety and disordered eating.
Then my life changed when I found yoga. I learned how to sit with my breath, treat myself compassionately, and heal my body.
Plus, the spiritual benefits were the icing on the gluten-free cake. (Ahh yes…gluten is my enemy. My body rejects it.)
My gut was in knots from a mix of skipping meals, body shame, and eating the wrong foods. So I tried an elimination diet, discovered which foods were best for my body, and got inspired to enroll in grad school.
I am feeling better and more empowered over my health.
"Since coaching with Robin, I have been able to maintain better meal portion control, prioritize choosing "whole foods" when grocery shopping, and make a more conscious effort to personally prep meals over ordering take-out. I have also brought more consistent physical fitness opportunities into each week."
• Regina E
Robin made it clear this was about feeling like your best self.
"Robin helped me recognize what I needed to learn and encouraged me to give myself grace. My energy has increased and I do way more movement than before. Thank you, Robin!"

Oh yeah, I got you. You ready for results like these?
I’m a recovering city girl.
Originally from Chicago, I moved to NYC for 14 years, then spent 7 years in San Francisco. Now I live north of the Bay in wine country where it’s slow, quiet, and normal to drink rosé in the afternoon.
When I was 12, I begged my mom for a perm.
When we asked her hair stylist for help, she laughed hysterically and said “Gimme 20 minutes!” A layered cut and some special gel brought my lifelong curly locks to life…and the rest is history!
I’m usually reading 3-4 different books and bingeing multiple TV series at the same time.
Maybe it’s multitasker’s entertainment syndrome??
I have a serious addiction to 85% dark chocolate.
And guacamole!
Try to take either of these away from me... and you will pay the consequences.
I can recite the alphabet backwards REALLY fast.

Shopping for groceries is actually fun for me.
Something about the abundance of colors and different kinds of foods all in one place. But I prefer when someone else does the cooking.
The ocean is my happy place.
Especially when the water is warm enough to swim in and the waves are low. Sometimes when I meditate, I imagine I’m at the beach.
I heart miniature things.
Like fancy jam. And dollhouse-sized furniture. Would totally start a collection, but I’d need more space at home (oh, the irony).
Manifesting dreams is my superpower.
At age 3, I saw The Nutcracker in Chicago and squealed “I wanna be Clara someday!” Seven years later, I was.
At 16, I saw Cats on Broadway and proclaimed I’d be in the show. Eight years later, I performed on the Broadway national tour. At 29 while in another show, I secretly told a friend I wanted to be in Wicked on Broadway.
Six months later…boom! In grad school ten years ago, I envisioned opening a health and wellness business. Well, now…
I LOVE MY JOB!
I love learning about food (and eating it), I love practicing yoga and nerding out on the latest anatomy research, I love using mindfulness to minimize stress and improve my relationships.
And most of all, I love sharing my knowledge and passing along the remedies I’ve learned to help women reach optimal health. That’s what I hope to do for you here…
